Next Step Baltimore is about helping people. Our professional move managers and organizers can handle the details and logistics. Whether it’s as simple as cleaning out a linen closet or as complex as orchestrating a move, we will make your life easier.  Our aim is to help you transition, simplify, organize and live clutter-free, always keeping in mind your goals and desires.

Our Mission

Whether moving, downsizing, organizing, closing an estate, or staging a home for sale, there are a million decisions to be made. Our job is to provide the logistics and resources so you can make decisions that are right for you. We listen to and respect what each client wants, focusing on the big picture as well as all the details. We tackle the packing and unpacking, creating floor plans, selling, consigning, donating, organizing, and every detail involved with moving you to your Next Step. We team with families, friends, attorneys and Realtors, providing valuable support, knowledge and problem-solving skills.

Next Step Baltimore packed us up with the utmost care, making sure to include us at every turn. I recommend them highly for their efficiency, care and honesty. If you are looking to refer anyone for similar services, it is without reservation that I put forth their name.”

Who we support

We are committed to giving back to the community. A portion of our proceeds are donated to ...

Sisters Academy of Baltimore, a community-centered middle school, educates girls of different races, ethnic groups, and religions, from families of limited economic means, particularly those in southwest Baltimore. The Academy empowers its students to become agents of transformation in their families, communities, and society.

Our vision is that graduates of Sisters Academy will demonstrate the skills of logical thinking, perceptive reading, competent writing, and effective problem solving. They will be well-educated, self-assured, spiritual, and committed young women who are so needed in our community, our nation, and our world. They will be leaders who make a difference.

The John Fetting Fund for Breast Cancer Prevention will enable us to fund the most promising research in breast cancer prevention. The Fetting Fund supports basic and translational breast cancer prevention research performed by or under the direct supervision of the faculty of the Johns Hopkins Breast Cancer Program. Donations to the Fetting Fund are divided equally between an endowment that generates income for future research and direct support for current research. The Fund is overseen by an Advisory Committee which defines itsmission, works to increase the endowment, decides what research to support, and communicates effectively and consistently with the Fund’s donors. The current priority of the Fund is to discover changes in breast tissue DNA that identify women at-risk for breast cancer and its consequences. By improving our understanding of who is at risk, we can focus our efforts on those at risk and reassure those who are not.
